Service Description

This is a great option for tired overworked muscles and more persistent aches and pains. A stronger form of massage, it focuses on deeper muscle groups and aims to work out areas of stubborn tension and discomfort. Trigger point therapy can be incorporated into this treatment to bring impactful relief.

For cancellations, or adjustments to appointments, please get in touch 48 hours or more in advance. Any changes or cancellations made after this point will result in the loss of entitlement to a refund. Please note that for workshops and retreats we operate a no refunds policy.
