Service Description

This is a specialist massage that aims to increase the flow of lymph (infection fighting fluid just under the surface of the skin). It is a gentle treatment that detoxifies whilst providing deep relaxation. Particularly helpful for water retention/oedema or if lymph nodes have been compromised, but also helpful for sinus problems, anxiety, insomnia, IBS and recovery from surgery. This hour-long treatment allows you to choose two body areas to focus on (e.g. abdomen and legs)

Cancellation Policy

For cancellations, or adjustments to appointments, please get in touch 48 hours or more in advance. Any changes or cancellations made after this point will result in the loss of entitlement to a refund. Please note that for workshops and retreats we operate a no refunds policy.
