Workshops are a great way to meet like-minded people with the same goals and ambitions as you: to learn to relax, to focus the mind, and ultimately be happy.
You don't need any experience of meditation to join the workshops and all equipment is provided.
Workshops run once a month and each will have a specific theme or focus. So far, the Autumn Reset workshop gave us an introduction to mindfulness and what it means to live mindfully. The Meditation in Movement workshop gave us some alternative practices that can be used when the mind is just too busy to use the breath and a focus point. January will see a focus on gratitude and kindness to self.
Workshops have historically sold out very quickly, as spaces are limited so to avoid disappointment, keep an eye on the Facebook page for announcements of dates and book well in advance.
