Mindful Coaching

This is such a broad field it's hard to know what you're getting. I like to define coaching like this: A collaborative process whereby two like-minded souls connect in order to find solutions to life's challenges.


Mindfulness is paying deliberate attention to the present moment, without judgement.

It is not: banning thoughts or emotions, distracting from the problem, or spending 4 hours a day meditating (although you can if this is your preference!)

Cultivating attention develops self-awareness. Self-awareness lights the path of unconscious conditioning that has been blocking your fulfilment, that's why mindfulness is so vitally important.

Mindful Coaching

Together we will identify what has been blocking your fulfilment, what you want your life to look like when societal expectations and inherited belief systems have been stripped back and exactly how you're going to get there.

You'll then be supported through a series of sessions that pave the way to your desired life, keeping an open mind and being flexible in our approach, until you're confident enough to step into your power and live your most authentic life.
