Service Description

Living Mindfully: Cultivating Joy So often, when we begin our healing journey and start to look inwards, it can look like a pretty scary place. Whilst it's really important to examine the things that are holding us back and blocking our fulfilment, it's equally important to spend time learning how to create our own happiness. Contrary to what we've been conditioned to believe, happiness isn't something that just happens to those of us 'lucky' enough to experience it. Joy and happiness are experiences that can be self-generated. Once we have self-awareness and have created distance between ourselves and our thoughts, we're able to begin to consciously choose what to focus our attention on, and what to give our energy to. In this workshop we'll be exploring gratitude, both in meditation practice and in journaling and we'll also be taking a look at how trusting our gut and following our intuition can be instrumental in creating the happiness we seek. Join us for another morning of self-love and beautiful community. All welcome.
