Service Description

Living Mindfully: Finding Peace Modern life is fraught with challenges, from managing the fast pace of our days and weeks, to juggling multiple roles between family and work. So unsurprisingly, and alarming number of us are suffering from low level chronic stress and anxiety. I often hear clients say "I don't feel stressed", but they come to the studio with eczema, digestive complaints and telling me they don't sleep well. These, my friends, are perfect examples of a nervous system on long-term high alert. The answer? Soothe it. Not with a glass of wine, or a spa day, or the extra donut you really know you shouldn't have, but with unconditional self love. In this workshop I'll teach you just some of the tools I've used (and continue to use) in stressful times. We'll be diving deep into the breath, paying attention to our senses and losing ourselves in some beautiful guided visualisations. Meditation continues to be my biggest safety net and the beauty is, you can do it anywhere, any time. Join us in community as we take a journey into self-healing together.
