Therapy provided is at the discretion of the practitioner and has the right to refuse treatment where deemed appropriate.

Cancellations for therapies should be made 48 hours in advance of the appointment. Clients that cancel after this time or are late for their appointment will not be entitled to a refund.

Rearrangements must also be requested 48 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment, any requests after this time will require the client to pay the full amount for the new appointment.

For workshops and retreats we operate on a no refunds policy.
