How can I get the most out of my treatment?

You have made the decision to invest in making your health and wellbeing a priority. Firstly, it’s a good idea to think about what brought you here in the first place and perhaps even write a few things down before you attend your first appointment. We will be doing a thorough medical history and consultation so it's also a good idea to bring a list of your medications if you take any. Try to schedule your appointment for a time you won't be rushed back to real life too quickly or be required to do intense physical exercise, this gives your mind, body and spirit chance to integrate the therapies and for you to achieve optimum levels of healing.
