How can I get the most out of my treatment?
You have made the decision to invest in making your health and wellbeing a priority. Firstly, it’s a good idea to think about what time of day works best for you – it’s often advisable to choose a time when you don’t need to immediately return to the activity that brought you here in the first place! For example, after work if that’s a stressful environment for you, or on a morning on a day when you won’t be partaking in high impact physical exercise. This will allow you to take full advantage of the after effects of your session. If you're unsure about anything, just contact your holistic therapist before you attend.
