Service Description

This Swedish style massage looks at the whole of the body aiming to restore balance through a combination of relaxing and stimulating techniques. The sequence is adapted to suit your needs based on information from the consultation, whether that's rehabilitation focus following sport, or attention on relaxation and stress relief. Treatments begin with a foot cleansing ritual to refresh and bring you into a state of peace. The whole body is then treated using relaxing strokes, passive movement for joint mobility and deeper work where required to soothe tired muscles. The restoration process ends with a deeply soothing chest, face and scalp massage using acupressure points to release tension and restore vitality.

For cancellations, or adjustments to appointments, please get in touch 48 hours or more in advance. Any changes or cancellations made after this point will result in the loss of entitlement to a refund. Please note that for workshops and retreats we operate a no refunds policy.
