Service Description

Taking inspiration from Wim Hoff and using tried, tested and evidence based methods from Manual Lymphatic Drainage, this treatment is the ultimate immune system booster. We begin with a rhythmic and relaxing lymphatic massage to the face, chest and abdomen, draining the sinuses, and stimulating our gut to fight infection. We continue with a hot stones massage to the back to aid relaxation and reduce stress (giving your body a chance to recover), then finish with cold river stones to stimulate the body's natural ability to heal. If you're feeling run down, excessively tired and sluggish, this is for you.

Cancellation Policy

For cancellations, or adjustments to appointments, please get in touch 48 hours or more in advance. Any changes or cancellations made after this point will result in the loss of entitlement to a refund. Please note that for workshops and retreats we operate a no refunds policy.
