Not sure what you need most to help you relax? Can't decide which treatment will benefit you the most? Well now you don't have to! 30 minutes of deeply relaxing guided meditation will lead you gently into 30 minutes of any massage of your choice. The perfect solution to ease body and mind.

Cancellation Policy

For cancellations, or adjustments to appointments, please get in touch 48 hours or more in advance. Any changes or cancellations made after this point will result in the loss of entitlement to a refund. Please note that for workshops and retreats we operate a no refunds policy.
